Six Sigma Certified Maintenance Manager and Controls Engineer with over 29

years' experience leading Maintenance personnel in support of Facilities

In my years of managing, I have been successful in guiding and leading

Dayton/Cincinnati: PLC/VFD pumps conversion for Metropolitan Sewer District

installation of hardware and programming PLC/VFD's.

Anheuser-Busch STL: Brew House automation, development and delivery of all

training pertaining to PLC, VFD, PanelView hardware and software. Trained

Electricians and Process Engineers.

Rich Products: Construction of a muffin production plant. Conversion of a

dry goods warehouse to a production facility. Project Coordinator

coordinated the startup of 2 new frozen (Ammonia refrigeration) muffin

production lines. This was a $3 million project. Duties included:

coordinating contractors for power feeds, data and phone drops and network

communications of the control processors. Wrote PLC programs for production

lines. Coordinated the setting of production equipment, mixers, depositors,

conveyors.

Integram Seating: Green Belt Certification. Hytrol conveyor project.

Identified numerous issues with the operation and support of the massive

continuous Hytrol conveyor system in the assembly plant. Developed detailed

shift startup work instruction for Maintenance to assure operation at start

of shift. Developed PM task for inspection and pre-emptive support for the

sections of the conveyor system.

Mahle Engine: Coordinator for installation: of a new boiler, chiller, 2

rebuilt air compressors, and new 3000 CFM air dryer. Responsible for

skilled craft support of installation of required piping and vessels.

Honeywell FM&T: Green Belt Project. Redesign the Chemical Treatment System

of the Chiller Condenser Water System. Designed new injection system and

developed new work instructions for testing.

Daily Supervision: 24/7 production. Journeyman crafts include:

Electricians, Pipefitters, Millwrights, Machinists, Toolmakers, Maintenance

techs, Operating Engineers, Laborers. Size of departments ranged from 13-42

personnel.

Provide support assistance on PLC and manufacturing systems throughout the

plant.

Maintenance Management duties: Generation of daily PM's, work orders, and

project support. Development of departmental budget, compliance with EH&S,
