I'm seeking a full time job, that offers insurance and annual bonuses. I'm currently a Department Manager
at Wal-Mart working 40 a week. I been employed there for 18 months and counting. Seeking the same shift,
but without greater distance to travel because I currently ride the Cota Transit for work. I'm interested in any
position dealing with Restaurants, Sales, Clothing Stores, or Health Aid and even Housekeeping. I would love
to earn more wage of starting at $10.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Overnight Dry Grocery Stocker
Wal-Mart Super Store - Whitehall, OH - February 2013 to Present
Responsibilities
I participated with other crew members to unload/break down Wal-Mart semi trucks. Then I commence to
separate the freight on to pallets for each department. After that's finished, we pull the freight to the proper
department, then separate again and work into the home; location for each and every item. When finished, I
dispose all boxes and plastic in their proper bales. I also work as a Sales Assoc. When I got hired last year,
four months I provided enough experience, and I became a Department Manager of Health and Beauty.
Accomplishments
During my time here, I gain credibility for the management team in 4 months of being hired. I came in the
door being a loyal, dependent worker with a imagination of becoming a manager of one of these departments.
And I did it. I gain background knowledge of hiring and individual, by the protocol listings. I gained common
knowledge of supervising other co workers and become responsible for their lack there of work effort. But I
loved my positions.
Skills Used
Creating bulletins to highlight customers attention to our every day low prices. I learn the ups and downs of
being into the management standards, I demonstrated so much for this job, that in the inventory season, I was
the only one chosen by our co management and our home office to begin our Two month inventory alone. I
successfully succeeded and my biggest award was being promoted to a Department Manager. Learning how
to create bales, I learned how to manually create modulars, using a Talzon to create orders for my department.
I learned how to manually finalized my orders if Talzon wasn't working, or if our system temporarily went down.
I learned how to manage my associates by protocol, operating and learning our Safety Team Group that which
I help thoroughly which allows others to properly follow all Osha Regulations.

Responsibilities
Logging in room guests, preparing guest sheets for house keepers, tracking room attendants for proper
cleanliness. Sometimes doing laundry, folding bed spreads, doing inventory of the ordering for new bedding.
Maintained the front desk at night for guests, checking on our customers throughout their stay for any else
desired needs for them to become comfortable.
Accomplishments
I truly became a more proficient, and a true detailed worker. Making sure cleanliness was my number one
priority. A happy customer is a returned customers, and a repeated happy customer was better for a company's
desire to continue their excellence of cleanliness.
Skills Used
Microformats for guests attendance, logging myself and an workers into the system daily. Being able to
multitask and completing my requirements for the business.

Responsibilities
Opening store, getting deposits ready for register for associates, preparing the bread, cleaning, assign
the associates their schedule, making sure hours fell within company guidelines. Ordering foods, ordering
uniforms, keeping up with on line orders, answering phone calls, discharging, interviewing, putting up signage
for store windows
Accomplishments
Subway taught me a true detailed value of running a business when acting store manager wasn't there. It
taught me to multi task many things at once, and refrain professional attitude under pressure. To always make
sure that our customers were satisfied and full when they departed our store. It showed me how to mentally
take my duties and act as if the store was my very own, so there I had to treat it with dignity and respect for
what good office would approve of.

become a business partner boooty hiring and training friends and other co workers. Learning how to became
a trustworthy person making daily deposits of the company's earnings, and to travel safely with large amounts

Mental Health Worker 1

Responsibilities
Basic cleaning and taking care of mentally retardation seniors. Bathing, clothing, reading, taking them outdoors
for curriculum activities. Making sure the patient's over all care was properly accomplished. Lifting the older
patients, rotating the patients to prevent bed sores, and body stiffness. Grooming, and teaching most of them
to stay independent.
Accomplishments
I would have to say that working with mental patients made me realize that what ever a human gods through,
there is always hope and courage to never give up on a desired passion. Taking care of these patients made
me appreciate life and what it has to offer and to never give up. Making their day, just by a simple hug, or even
making their bed, or just sitting beside their bed to comb their hair, really impacted them. I enjoyed working
there. I love to make a difference in someone life.

My skills I demonstrated was listening, multitasking 4-7 group sizes at a time. Cooking and preparing
medicines. Learning to be a companion for someone.
