the importance of maintaining a high level of commitment, which affects all areas of my
life. I use this same commitment level in building/maintaining good relationships with other
work groups, suppliers and customers. I have a high level of commitment for being a good,
dependable employee protecting myself from injuries at work and at home. As well as
being a good father for my three children. I am used to performing in high pressure

Work Summary:
Triumph Aerostructres/Vought Aircraft – Dallas, TX – 11/2010 to 02/2014
Inspection and evaluation of military and commercial aircraft structure utilizing
Pulse-echo (PE), and Through Transmission (TTU), Ultrasonic (UT) Level 2,
Bondascope, MIA, and Uniwest bond inspection methods. Proficient in the use of
automated ultrasonic scanning systems including AUSS, ADIS, ARGUS for the
inspection of metal bond, fiberglass and graphite composite parts for C17, V22,
Boeing Commercial- 747,767,787, C5, Gulfstream, and Global Hawk programs.
Performance of Eddy Current inspections (ET) Level 2 for Material Review Board
(MRB) evaluations of damaged areas and the subsequent repairs. Preformed
inspections with the Boeing MAUS system using Phased Array (PA) Ultrasonic
probes. Performed hardness and conductivity testing to verify material type and
temper condition. Proficient shot peen and roto peen inspection of fabricated and
repaired parts. Also used micrometers and calipers to make measurements.
Texas Air Composites – Desoto, TX – 06/2009 to 10/2010
As the Ultrasonic Level 3 and NDT department supervisor, I established the
Ultrasonic inspection department for the company. I evaluated and procured UT
equipment, developed written procedures and techniques for various programs, as
well as performing UT inspections. I also used my Level 2 certification in Liquid
Penetrant Testing (PT) methods in the evaluation of aircraft structures. In addition,
I maintained the calibration program for the entire facility.

Inspection of in-service and production Gulfstream, Challenger, and Hawker
aircraft, using (PE),(TTU) and Shear Wave Ultrasonic methods, Radiographic/X-
ray (RT), Film Interpretation, and Radiation Safety, Eddy Current (ET) surface and
bolt hole, Magnetic Particle (MT) Level 2, and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
methods at an FAA repair station. I also utilized an Omni Scan Phased Array (PA)
eddy current scanning system for corrosion detection.
