HR Manager for Chickasaw Nation, Department of Commerce, Thackerville, OK

2007-Present

With 3500+ employees and over 19B in annual revenue the Department of

Commerce of the Chickasaw Nation is responsible for the management of all

revenue generating businesses of the Chickasaw Nation American Nation.

WinStar World Casino and Resort is the world's largest casino.

. Educate executive management and consult executive management in

areas including, but not limited to, employee relations; performance

management; compensation; worker's compensation and benefits

. Reduced turnover from 65% to 25%. Trained HR team, as well as,

facility management teams to drive culture change and program

implementation.
