Ms. Cook has over 25 years in commercial real estate in property accounting, management, marketing, lease
drafting, and lease administration. She has created valuable tools to both landlord and tenant based commercial real
estate portfolios for budgeting, cash flows, reconciliation analysis, due diligence and marketing programs. She has
become known as an expert in the field of operating expense reconciliation and review processes and continually is
asked to teach landlords how to prepare annual reconciliations that increase recoveries and reduce slippage. Her
