• Discovery of small molecule agonist of EphA2 receptor tyrosine kinase inhibits tumor cell

migration in vitro and prostate cancer metastasis in vivo.

• Discovery of a novel model for dual modality longitudinal imaging of tumorigenesis in liver.

• Establishment and maintenance of multiple lines of genetically engineered mouse models

(GEMM) to interrogate the roles of Eph/ephrin systems in development and diseases.

• Characterization of EphA2 as a novel tumor suppressor in mouse skin.

• Discovery of EphA2 association with development of age-related cataract in mouse and human.

• Discovery of the dual role of EphA2 in colon cancer: Tumor suppressor initiation at early stages

and pro-invasive genes during malignant progression.
