Duties include, but are not limited to: customer service, all owner relations pertaining t o properties, tenants, rents,

preparing and sending quotes/invoices to owners for property inspections/rehabs/maintenance /section 8 inspections,

and working with investors both oversees, and within the US. Extensive knowledge of Propertyware, the software

system, Section 8 agencies, the court process surrounding evictions, and the rental market in Michigan. Also included

in the job description is initiating potential prospects and renters.

A typical work day entailed ensuring safety to everyone within the area. Patrol, Dispatch and Parking lot patrol were all

duties. Deterring crime, suspicious activity, or potential dangerous situations were some of the main priorities. I

interacted daily with the public and local Police Department. Answering telephones and emails was also a daily task.

Assisting customer complaints, and or questions was an important aspect as well.
