consumer during the down economy. First ever Roundup National Endcap
resulted in a POS increase of 42% or $4.6MM.
o Successfully moved Lowe's from a 3 brand to 1 brand strategy in the Brush
Killer category making Roundup Poison Ivy & Tough Brush Killer the
exclusive national brand at Lowe's for 2010 resulting in an increase of
76% in POS dollars.
o Led Controls business development team to effectively manage plan-o-gram
space, order recommendations, display plan, promotional effectiveness, in-
season trends, as well as sales, margins, turns, fill rate goals,
forecasting and P&L.
o Responsible for working with Scotts Marketing on product development and
