journal entry processing surrounding MIGL/MHGL journal functionality and

Managed the Reporting Test instances in Oracle PeopleSoft 7.0 to ensure

the necessary data and processes are in place for adequate testing of

report changes (includes Maestro requirements, security access updates,

table/panel updates).

Managed Reporting System Test process to ensure all reporting changes are

adequately tested, documented, migrated to production and communicated to

the affected end users and to the Oracle PeopleSoft Training Manager.

Managed the IBM OnDemand testing environment to reflect the current IBM

OnDemand production environment. Ensure the production environment meets

the ongoing business requirements.

Managed the population of reports into IBM OnDemand and support the

Information Resources department to ensure they accurately charge various

departments for storage costs. Ensure the accuracy of total IBM OnDemand

storage costs and necessary retention periods for Marriott International

general ledger reports by considering the business and legal requirements.

Updated/maintained the production report batch schedule to ensure any

changes identified by the users are communicated timely to the PBS each

period. Assist the PBS to diagnose and correct any problems that occurred

with a previous night's batch schedule.

Maintained production NVSID, protected nVision scopes and report requests

used in the batch process.
