• Promoted to Executive Steward and moved to Cincinnati to open the newest
Pinnacle property.
• Managed a staff of 53 team members including 2 supervisors and 6 leads over 2
departments.
• Conducted multiple job fairs to recruit and screen candidates for different
departments.
• Directed full cycle recruiting of potential job candidates from first contact to their
first day of work.
• Built the Stewarding department from the ground up as the Department Head:
Created extensive training programs including brand new SOP’s
and systems for multiple departments.
Processed payroll, decided wage ranges, interviewed, hired and
