stories). With an intermediate to advanced complexity.
Responsible for all construction phases from beginning to
completion. This included Estimating, scheduling, contract
negotiations and all permits procurement up to construction
permit.

. Foundation package to Superstructure details. Tie Back,

. Procured the Use Permit for a turn key facility for the
client. In charge of subcontracting all other work.

the construction in Microsoft Projects. Supervised all the
structural, mechanical and electrical details of placements
to ensure quality. Worked with the all governmental
agencies required, in special with AEE and AAA, to certify
and obtain the Use Permit. Submitted weekly reports to the
CEO. Projects were built on time and on budget.
. Ensured that construction process ran smoothly and that the
project was properly built. Duties included inspection of
the construction process and issuing reports to the Head
Project Manager.
