This manufacturing plant did not have electronics assembly; we were in charge to start operations

transferring LG Televisions PCB assembly from Guadalajara facility to Juarez Mexico (Only the product not

the equipment) my responsibilities were bought, install, debug, program, start operations and the daily support

of five double side SMT lines.

We bought or did bring from another facilities (China) all the required equipment for this process

including additional processes as PCB cleaning, stencil cleaning, profiler, dry boxes, repair equipment, etc.

• Supporting LG Television PCB assembly with more than 1500 components on it with the range from

0201 to BGA and fine pitch

• Procure, install, debug all the equipment and tooling required to start electronics operations at a new

facility
