Buyer/Planner II: Responsible for the daily purchasing, planning, and coordination of the supply chain for all domestic and
internationally manufactured Staged Compression Devices and Vascular Therapy Stockings at a Medical Device
Manufacturing Company.
Responsibilities Include:
• Facilitated demand requirement planning and Purchase Order Maintenance.
• Directed all raw material and component purchasing for 600 SKU’s for production use.
• Weekly planning and scheduling of 120 finished good products through the manufacturing areas.
• Coordinated the successful launch of 3 separate Rebranding projects, while creating minimum obsolescence.

Reckitt Benckiser/SSL Americas, Inc – Anderson, S.C. (2003 – 2011) Plant Closed
Senior Supply Chain Analyst: Responsible for the daily planning, purchasing, and coordination of the supply chain for all
domestically manufactured and/or packaged products at a Medical Device Distribution Company.
Responsibilities Include:
• Facilitated demand requirement planning and Purchase Order Maintenance.
• Coordinated Inventory Analysis worth over $1 million, working with vendors/suppliers to reduce lead times and
excess inventory levels which resulted in a cost savings of $250K.
• Weekly planning and scheduling of two off-site contract packagers to meet marketing and sales forecast demands.
• Coordinated the successful launch of new growth segments to market on an annual basis to improve our market share
by 3 points from 15% to 18% over a seven year period.

planning, and the shipping of finished product to BMW at a new start-up facility.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managed and performed the daily functions of Purchasing & Receiving of raw materials & components from
suppliers, Planning and scheduling of production equipment, as well as maintaining accurate inventory of finished
goods for BMW.
• Fulfilled all weekly production requirements set forth by BMW.

Plastic Omnium Automotive Exteriors – Anderson, S.C. (1999 - 2002)
Shipping / Receiving Manager (2000 - 2002) (RIWF): Responsible for the Shipping and Receiving operation of a Plastic
Injection and Painting Plant producing automotive bumpers for BMW and General Motors assembly plants.
Responsibilities Include:
• Managed the daily receiving functions of all raw materials and components and dispatching of 36 trucks per week of
semi-finished parts to Plastic Omnium SILS Center sites.
• Directed the movement, storage, and inventory accuracy of an inventory worth $4.5 million dollars.
• Reduced transportation cost by $60,000 per year.
• Assisted in the reduction of our total inventory cost from $5.8 million to $4.5 million while increasing our inventory
turns from 12 to 28 turns per year.
• Daily management of a staff of 1 Salaried Supervisor, 10 hourly dock associates, and 2 receiving clerks on a 3-Shift,
6-7 day operation.
• Communication to all levels of management.
Production Control Manager (1999 - 2000): Directed and coordinated the daily planning of the Master Production
Schedules for 3 production departments as well as the month end inventory in accordance with plant inventory policies.
• Instituted a program to reduce or eliminate excess inventory to allow better control dealing with incoming raw
materials and components.
• Worked with a complete integrated system using item masters, bill of materials, inventory management, shipping &
receiving, purchasing, sales & forecasting modules.
• Managed 2 production schedulers & 1 procurement planner.
Santens of America – Anderson, S.C. (1997 - 1999)
Distribution Manager: Responsible for the complete distribution of finished goods from the container storage through the
pick & pack operation to the shipping of a completed product.
Responsibilities Include:
• Daily management of a staff of 2 Salaried Supervisors, 3 Shift Leaders in Packing Area, 1 Shift Leader in the
Shipping area, and approximately 50 hourly associates on a 3 shift, 7 day operation.
• Held accountable for maintaining the appropriate manpower and machine requirements, accuracy of an inventory
level of 1.3 million pounds valued at $3.5 million of finished goods while shipping an average of 750,000 pounds of
goods per month.
• Accomplished and obtained several monthly shipping records since the opening of the facility.
• Involved in the planning of new or revised product launches, and capital improvements for the plant’s Distribution
Center to include the construction of a new 65,000 square foot / $1.65 million warehouse and the installation of a
new “RF” inventory tracking system.
Schmid Laboratories, LLC – Anderson, S.C. (1994 - 1997) Plant Closed
Assistant Plant Engineer (1995 - 1997)
Responsibilities Include:
• Daily management of 1 maintenance supervisor and 12 hourly maintenance personnel.
• Planned, coordinated and supervised all in-plant maintenance projects.
• Project Manager of new equipment installations and shut-down maintenance scheduling.
• Held accountable for the electrical and mechanical operation of all production equipment and the procurement and
inventory levels of machinery parts for all equipment.
• Scheduled, coordinated, and maintained all in-plant calibration records per FDA regulations.
Master Production Planner (1994 - 1995):
• Developed and implemented the master production schedules for the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing areas in
accordance with plant inventory policies, equipment capabilities, and sales objectives.
• Maintained appropriate inventory levels for both work-in-process and finished goods while reducing excess
inventories by $500,000.
• Met all marketing and sales forecast demands.
• Proficient in use of MPS and MRP systems for three plant sites.

• Responsible for the overall safety, efficiency and quality of semi-finished product from 20 molding press operations.
• Held accountable for establishing and maintaining production standards, equipment maintenance & efficiencies,
appropriate manpower, departmental cost, product quality and associate safety.
• Developed safety control measures in the manufacturing process which resulted in an annual savings of $250,000.
