Head office is at Income tax where as different site includes Devi
Multiplex - Naroda as well as Cine Pride - Krishnagar. Both the sites
includes Banquets and halls that has to be managed .
Therefore my assignments as EVENT- MANAGER include:
. Search new ideas regarding the events to organize in the Restaurant &
Banquets.
. To make possible changes in the restaurant & Banquets as and when
required.
. Co-ordinate with the designers regarding pamphlets to be designed for
marketing.
. Select and Finalize the designs for the events pamphlets.
. Maintain records of the customers and send them SMS or mails regarding
Events.
. Follow up with the booking form and to reserve the table as well as
decorate the table as required by the customer.
. To decide the best area to put the hoardings for Events Invitation at
the appropriate areas.
. To decorate the place or restaurant as required.
. Contact the decorators and follow up with them regarding the required
materials for decorations.
. Select budgeted materials that is needed in the Events after getting
the quotations for the same.
. Search customers from different sources and send them SMS or mails
regarding catering services available in the restaurant.
. Follow up with the queries via phone calls regarding Banquets.
. Decide the Combos for chillies caf and also appropriate or a special
Menu while organizing the Events like Candle Light Dinner and Dinner
With Live Music.
. To Decide the gifts for the winners and even to handle Mics. To
announce the winners .
. To distribute the works amongst the Captains, Cooks and Volunteers
while Organizing the Events.
This was the KRA . Apart from this I have organized Candle Light Dinner
(Every Friday), and Dinner With Live Music - (Every Sunday) and achieved a
target of 4 lacs within a month, which was never done before.

This is a Hyderabad based infrastructure company, ventured recently in
Gujarat. I have been appointed as Admin personnel. To coordinate for all
Admin activities for all the sites in Gujarat Region and update the same to
the HR & Admin dept in the Head Office - Hyderabad.
Therefore my assignments as ASSOCIATE- HR & ADMIN include:
ADMIN includes.
. Respond to mails as per the instruction of Reporting Authority,
. Plan and arrange meetings, appointments, schedules.
. To provide all Administrative support to the Reporting Authority.
. Coordinate with different departments and collect data on regular
basis.
. Help HRD in Increasing Employee Satisfaction Ratio and decrease
attrition.
. Vendor development and further communication and correspondance with
them. Along with this coordinating for the Printer, Plotter etc with
HO.
. To take care of housekeeping, transportation, ticket booking, guest
management and other related work.
. To provide best facility to all the employees of the site to make them
comfortable.
. All types of hospitality and admin related work to support to the
Guests - internal or External.
. Maintenance of Employee movement register, attendance register, leave
register and all employee related records
. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records,
and other material.
. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
. Coordinate with the senior managers to ensure that terminated or
resigned employees are processed to retrieve company-assigned
materials like vehicles, cell phones, laptops, keys to lockers,
executive offices, rooms, etc.
Humar Resource includes:
. Joining formalities for all the new joiners and sending the documents
to the Head Office. Preparing the joining report and sending to the
Head Office through mail.
. Coordinating with Sites for preparing the Employee details report /
Manpower status report and sending to HO as and when required or asked
by them.
. Coordinating and arranging for the stay of the new joiners for their
joining at Regional Office, and further assisting them to report at
their respective sites.
. Coordinating with HO for the Appointment Letters of the Employees,
sending the same to the sites. After receiving the acknowledgement
copy for the same, sending it to the HO.
. Issuing Sim cards to the various employees as per the requisition
received, and sending the details of the issued sim cards and CUG
number to HO.
. To coordinate with the HO regarding the salary Accounts of the new
joiners.
. Updating the leave and absent record of the employees. Any
unauthorized absenteeism after 7 days is reported to the GM - RO.
. Preparing and sending the No Dues form for the resigned candidates to
the HO, for the further process of FnF.
. As per the instructions from GM -HR, searching and sending the details
like Manpower consultants etc.
EXE - Guest relation includes:
. Tracking the in & out movement of the Guests in the Guest House.
. Preparing and sending the attendance for the Employees of RO as well
as coordinating the same for the sites.
. Other extra work like coordinating, preparing and sending any report
to HO, if asked by them. For e.g., details of all the projects at
Gujarat, site wise employee list and their contact details, sending
the self assessment form as handed over in RO etc.
