Analysis of 4-stroke 3-cylinder petrol engine with LPG
Team Size: - 5 Members
Description:
Performance analysis and changes needed for working of Petrol engine with LPG.
Converted as a dual fuel engines easily as there are no changes in engine compression ratio,
cylinder head, or basic operation as a petrol cycle engine. Conversions are easy to install and
maintain.
Natural gas provide environmental benefit and being cheaper than petrol, compensates
economically over vehicle’s lifetime for additional cost of natural gas equipment.
Hydraulic assisted power steering
Team Size: - 5 Members
Description:
Assembled parts, practically studied about its working and its components.
Model worked on Davis and Ackerman mechanism, formulated by correct steering condition
delivered successfully as part of our project.
Solar refrigeration system
Team Size: - 2 Members
Description:
Prototype made using aluminium, steel, PVC pipes, active charcoal and ethanol for cooling
purpose because of their availability, heat transfer properties and ease of use in manufacturing.
Test results shows that evaporator chamber temperature lays between 6oC to 15oC.
Doesn’t contribute to global warming, portable units, longetivity, scalable, environment friendly.
