Co-authored and administered the product inspector specification testing program. Designed the layout for
showcase meat case set up. Completed both basic and advanced HACCP management courses. At the
request of corporate QA, developed and maintained a tracking system for consumer complaints. Created a
tracking system for system audits. Administered the Kalsec Customer Red-y sampling program. Created primal
specific tutorials for all beef and pork Case Ready products that are produced at Tyson Foods. These tutorials
were originally designed for local brand zone meetings, but have been adopted by corporate sales, and are
being used by Wal-Mart to train their QA Inspectors. Developed a yield tracking system that is currently being
used in Pork slice, and has been adopted by corporate management for yield tracking and reporting. Helped
to set up the plant view system for Gold Hats. Completed PlantView Administration course.
