thirteen years of technical, and healthcare related expertise. As you are probably are aware, technology rapidly
changes the way we do business. To that end, I have learned how to cope with consistent changes in the workplace
and value working in a team environment.
Leader and innovator are the words I would use to describe myself as an employee. As illustrated in my resume, I
have taken the lead role in developing procedures to operate more efficiently I have developed these skills while
working for some of the country’s leaders in the healthcare/IT industry. I am known for rolling up my sleeves and
delving into the minor and major tasks of my job – no job is too big or too small.
It is also important for anyone working in the technological field to continuously grow professionally and
educationally. Because of this, I recently completed the Mini MBA course work offered by the Center Executive
Education at Belmont University; currently pursuing certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP),
Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems (CPHIMS), and Practice Workflow
/Information Management Redesign Specialist with the completion of course work; I plan to continue my education

As a healthcare IT Professional, I have stayed current with industry and legislative changes and innovative advancements in
technology. I am current with my understanding of clinical messaging standards (HL7, Continual Care Documents (CCD)),
