I am currently the District Trainer and Sr. Recruiting Manager here at Farmers Insurance and I am

effective here but our legendary District Manager has retired and our office is closing. So today I am seeking

another lifelong career opportunity in the Richmond area. Travel will not be a problem.

I am a driven and self motivated individual that is moved by both personal and company goals. I am “the”

guy that will get you results and will continuously be the hardest working person your team. Progress and

continued improvement is my main goal both in my personal and professional life. I believe you can never stop

striving for advances. I have always been the director or leader in every role I have taken, from captain of my

basketball teams to becoming the person that people expect results from as the District Trainer and Sr. Recruiting

Manager at Farmers. I am a principled and ethical person and I make it a priority to lead by example. I worked

many years as an Operations Manager therefore thinking on my feet, always looking for improvements and never

settling for average is second nature. I managed and scheduled over 70 employees and handled the P&Ls during

my time as an Operations Manager. Communication is extremely important to me. I know how vital it is to

establish communication in any profession and how the building of relationships cultivates business on all fronts.

When I work for a company I take pride in that company and uphold its values at all times no matter where I am. I

will be the motivator for all junior management and Employees. I will be very effective in all areas and push for

My wife and I moved from our hometown in Corpus Christi, TX to Richmond, VA to grow as individuals
