I am writing in response to the posting for the available Assistant CAM

position. I welcome the opportunity to speak with you, so that I might

demonstrate how my personality and skill-set fits your needs precisely. I

have ample customer service, sales, and account management experience

within the hospitality field that I feel would transfer well into this role.

As you’ll see from the enclosed resume, I handled escrow bookkeeping,

marketing, and ownership service, for a condo resort in Longboat Key, FL. I

am proficient in a variety of computer software programs, and am supremely

confident I could learn any new ones quickly and seamlessly. I am

experienced in handling all office duties, bookkeeping, budgeting, web/rate

editing and management of vendors/staff (including housekeeping and front

office), faxing, email, billing, purchasing, answering phones cordially and

courteously, marketing, sales, social media and web design. My previous

experience has also afforded me the knowledge of effective supervising,

motivating, and managing a staff of employees in different capacities. In

addition to my skill-set, my personality is a wonderful fit for the needs

of this job. I thrive on new challenges, meeting new and interesting

people, and building lasting relationships. I deal with a Board of

Directors, vendors, customers, owners, and a wide variety of people, this

has given me a unique skill-set in managing personalities and problem

solving. I feel I have learned so much and enjoy it very much, but I now

desire to be in position where I grow beyond where I am able currently. I

worked to manage the postings of daily funding to our escrow accounts/ AR,

credit card fees, commissions, coding, owner services, group reservations,
