. Loading of Bill of Material to JDE, Item master creations

. Creating the Item-Masters, Master Routings, Generation of MRP, branch

plant constraints, operation completions, monitoring the WIP, batch

completions, dispatching the material lot-wise, control on dispatch.

. Planning of raw material, allocation of raw material at machine,

Preparation of MTOs, reduced scrap generation as per norms (below 2% of

Production) MIS Generation, Tracking of Material availability.

. Ensuring smooth functions of material issue to production as well as to

third party and our other production Units.

. Maintaining documents of receipt, issue & working in JDE system.

. Inventory handling, JDE Inventory Management (operations) RM Inventory

Tracking, Receipts, Issues of RM, Inventory segregation based on length

. Preparation of Inventory Status, Inventory Charging, Scrap Generation

reports, Monthly and Daily Production reports.

. Hands on Experience of J D Edwards (Oracle)-ERP Manufacturing Module.
