b. Manage electronic and paper financial records through checking,

d. Prepare financial monitoring reports detailing flow of

a. Initial screening of volunteer applications for core criteria (age,
educational background, working experience)
b. Assist in the processing of volunteer applications (preparation and
sending of correspondence, filing, etc.)
c. Encoding of applicant information into the VSO volunteer database.
d. Assist in the preparation and sending of corresponding letters for
reject on paper applicants.
e. Conduct regular data clean up around enquiries, applications, and
candidates.
f. Observe agreed levels of customer service by following a consistent
approach and standards for responding to volunteer concerns and
requests.
g. Record keeping of all applications received using a marketing
monitoring and conversion instrument.
h. Follow-up calls to those registrants who did not submit their
applications but qualified in VSO Bahaginan standard.
. Assessment
a. Provide assistance in the preparations related to Volunteer
Assessment days.
b. Sending of invitation and confirmation follow-ups
c. Preparation of assessment candidate bookings, if necessary.
d. Update candidate database
e. Preparation of candidate briefing information
f. Observe protocols and standards for working together
g. Filing, transmittal, and shredding/disposal of confidential
documents as necessary
h. Sending medical clearance of those selected candidates to VSO
Medical doctor.
