I prepared the monthly financials for the CPA(s) to review, including preparing reports and summaries for management on
demand. There was direct contact between myself, clients, vendors, CPA’s and the Bank. I prepared payroll for clients and
their entities. As well as, tracked fixed assets, processed accounts payable, mad e bank deposits, and ensured that the client’s
funds were covered for all bank accounts both personal and corporate. Bookkeeping duties were performed through Zenith
software, a system directly stream lined with City National Bank.
