JOB DESCRIPTION

Operations within the outlet, staffing and roster, stock and inventory

control, training staff, guest relations, food hygiene and health and

safety standards within the outlet.

Responsibilities:

. To plan the yearly budget in conjunction with the F&B In charge

. To plan and maintain the food and beverage cost within the outlet.

. To plan sales awareness program within the outlet to maximize sales

opportunities.

. To plan and layout the objectives of the year for the outlet

. To plan yearly staff vacations.

. To plan all other promotions and special events within the outlet

. To recommend and implement changes or innovations in policies,

procedures, equipment or service style to the F&B In charge

. Project business opportunities in order to increase revenue

. To prepare business activity plan for the outlet in conjunction with the

F&B In charge

. To participate in preparation of the hotels strategic plan, marketing

plan and goals program.

. To attend the daily F&B meetings and receive the necessary information

. Make changes in procedures to upgrade service standards

. To look into additional staff requirements during busy seasons

. To be aware of the monthly targets with regard to revenue

. To attend weekly briefings in the relating to, but not limited to the
