Contributed to the design of LNG, Ethylene and Polyethylene Technologies. Involved in preparation of

design basis, P&ID philosophy, heat and material balance (HMB), PFDs, P&IDs, MSDs, DP/DTs, detailed

hydraulic and thermo-syphon calculations, equipment and instrument specifications, isolation and tie-in

points list, relief contingency analysis, PSV calculations. Participated in HAZOP, PFD, P&ID reviews with

respective client. Co-ordinated post-HAZOP action items with various disciplines, such as Mechanical,

Piping, Civil, Instrumentation and Electrical departments. Extensive contribution in Brownfield Process

Engineering of Lake Charles LNG import terminal conversion to export terminal around the LNG Storage

Tanks, LNG product pumps, BOG compressors, and LNG loading arms.

troubleshooting guidelines.

Ø Gathered operating data to evaluate unit performance, and make optimization recommendations.

Sr. Process Engineer/Process Engineer (Feb 07 – Nov 10)

Ø Created process design package for hydrocarbon treatment in refineries, including caustic/amine

treating and other licensed technologies for sweetening and acid gas removal.

Ø Subject Matter Expert for inhouse software utilized for process design calculations for sulfur removal

technologies utilizing amine and caustic units.

Ø Approved equipment and instrument vendor quotes per client specification for procurement.

Ø Performed module walk down using detailed P&IDs for consistency check of fabricated package unit.
