• Usher- Greet worshipers, making them feel welcome and at ease. Distribute materials related to the service/meeting such as bulletins, hymnals, handouts, etc. Receive certain offerings, delivering them promptly to the treasury department of the church. Maintain alertness for any emergency that may arise, relieving the need or contacting the person(s) needed to provide the proper assistance.

• Men’s Ministry Pastor- Develop and conduct on a periodic basis a wide variety of programs and activities that will meet the various contemporary needs of a diverse male constituency. Encourage and facilitate meaningful spiritual, mental, and emotional growth among the men of the church.

Tarrant County Jail, Fort Worth, Texas

• Volunteer Chaplain- Counsel Inmates and mentor them to increase their Christian growth. Make regular rounds through the detention center and correctional center to visit inmates. Plan, lead, host, and coordinate worship services, Bible studies, and other programs, some of these included preaching and teaching.

• Children’s/youth Pastor- Oversee all programming and ministry for children ages 10- 18 years old, including Sunday mornings, Wednesday nights, summer programming, special events, etc…Choose and prepare curriculum for each program. Create environments, activities and programming for each age group that --will facilitate learning and encourage spiritual growth. Recruit, train, schedule and lead teams of volunteers. Provide care for children and families within the church including hospital visits and follow-up. Maintain a strategy for reaching and assimilating new children and families.

• Assistant to Director of Pastoral Care- Which included hospital visits to members of the church. Hospice visits and care of our members through the process of death of their loved ones. Grief and bereavement counseling for members of the church suffering from loss of family members, jobs, etc… Assisted with funeral proceedings.

Oasis Community Worship Center, Hurst, Texas

• Director of Community Outreach-Coordinated and provided community-based events to introduce the church to the neighborhood for a new church plant. Primary goal was to increase church membership and to provide services to the community. These services included food bank, clothing exchange, counseling, barbecues, etc…

• Children’s Leader- Create a loving and Spirit-filled place for children ages 5-12. These Children live in harsh environments and some are homeless. Teach them about Jesus and just love them.
