As a Supply Chain Manager I managed the Supply Chain of a $125 million Business Team. I lead the planning/buying team which was responsible for over $60 million of raw material and finished goods purchases; suppliers ranging from within the USA, Mexico, China and Canada.

Established a China Supplier base for the corrugated division.

Effectively transitioned a product line being manufactured domestically to China, which yield a $1 million in savings
