I am acutely aware that my resume does not reflect my work ethic and my professionalism. I have
endured over the past 2 years multiple layoffs, mainly due to the instability in the Acute Care
Psychiatric Industry in the Greater Houston Area.
After 11 years at IntraCare Medical Center Hospital, the hospital closed due to CMS violations by the
Nursing Department. I was then contacted by Westbury Hospital where I was laid off after reporting
suspicious Medicare activity involving a couple of my employees and corporate management. The
facility was raided for these activities 6 weeks after I left. I was recruited by the ownership of Cambridge
Hospital which was struggling to build census from single digits despite being open for 7 months. We
successfully built up a profitable census and reached highs in the forties within 11 weeks; however, the
business department inaccurately billed most of the new business as was forced to resubmit the billing.
This left little cash flow to support the hospital and all non-clinical departments were disbanded. After 12
weeks of growth with RX Care all the Marketing Staff throughout the country was laid off after
management miscalculated the expenses of the aggressive expansion efforts of 2014.
I am very skilled at strategy development and implementation, customer service, branding, networking,
presentations to individuals to large groups, recruiting new business partners and maintaining these and
existing accounts, managing small and large groups of employees, staff training and development, and
managing the operations and the development of multiple sites.
I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you regarding a position with your entity and am
confident that, if hired, you would be very satisfied with my efforts and results.
Thank you for your consideration.
