Employee Relations and Case Management
• Provide conflict resolution and guidance with employee relations issue in accordance with the company
policy and local labor regulations.
• Assist managers in the interpretation and application of the Code of Discipline and other HR Policies.
• Enforce disciplinary action and employee separation to serve as guide in implementing HR actions.
• Monitor employee related concerns and recommend action plans/interventions to reduce recurring
issues.
• Provide interventions to increase employee morale and engagement.
• Conduct employee counseling to reinforce the required behavior.
• Conduct employee pulse survey, skip sessions and focus group discussion to drive, design and
implement business specific HR initiatives.
• Support Line Managers in the management of complex cases e.g. absence, disciplinary, grievance,
performance issues through education and coaching to ensure consistent and effective deployment of
HR policies
• Responsible in up skilling newly hired and promoted managers to ensure preparedness in managing
people from an HR Functional expertise.
Project Management
• Independently develop the responsibilities and specifications for projects by identifying project phases
and elements
• Develop schedule of activities outlining program life cycle and responsibilities when to complete and
meet the project plan expectations.
