PROFESSIONAL PROFILE of DAN GLANZ

Dan Glanz is a long-term veteran of the inspections industry generally,

and property inspections particularly. He has performed numerous

inspections over the years of residential and commercial properties; for

the mortgage industry, the insurance industry, damage assessment for FEMA

and other agencies and NGO's.

Dan has provided Risk and Liability inspections on many residential

properties with special risks such as swimming pools, work-out gyms and

home-based businesses. He has successfully completed minute detail

inspections of hotels, restaurants, health clubs and others with photos

showing safety concerns, food issues and details of required inspections

and owner actions to maintain cleanliness and public health and welfare.

Liabilities are always noted.

Dan believes in accuracy and timely reporting, diligence and descriptions

and photo documentation of risks, deficiencies, conditions and concerns on

residential properties, businesses and equipment assigned to survey.

Prior to inspections, Dan was a contractor and specialized in the

renovation and rehabilitation of homes and was a keen observer of on-site

issues and factors surrounding the property under review.
