phone calls and e-mails. I scheduled and conducted interviews with prospective students.

Primary duties were to set up and start the Career Services department with the purpose of
finding jobs for the graduates through development and maintenance of clients in the medical
field. I was responsible for daily activities, including sending out letters, tracking placement in
Excel, preparing Power Point presentations and other responsibilities that accomplished the goal
of job placement for the qualified graduates. I consistently met and exceeded daily, weekly and
monthly placement goals; prepared the graduates to enter the job market through training in
resume writing, interviewing, job search procedures, proper dress attire, networking, etc.

Primary duties as an Admissions Representative: responsible for calling, setting appointments,
exceeding goals in number of phone calls, appointments, enrollments and starts. I was promoted
and transferred in 2009 to Director of Career Services with responsibilities to rebuild the
department by hiring and training two new employees to meet and exceed the state and
accreditation placement guidelines within two months, which we accomplished.

Job duties were to meet and exceed weekly and monthly job placement for five programs, teach
potential graduates how to dress, interview, create a resume and network. I also had oversight

programs. Responsible for meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly job placement
goals through employer development of extern/hiring sites. Worked closely with the Director of
Education to coordinate and participate in all graduation ceremonies and advisory board
meetings.
