. Produce various executive compensation analyses and data for pubic

REITs and other Real Estate related companies to be distributed to

Executive Officers, Compensation Committees and Board members.

. Analyses include: Executive Compensation peer group analyses,

Outperformance Plan Calculations, Board of Directors Compensation

. Construct "white paper" materials for clients to demonstrate greater

transparency and effective communication of performance and executive

compensation between REIT and its shareholders.

. Create various real estate related ad hoc deliverables requested by

Senior Management

. Clients include: SL Green Realty Corp., Vornado Realty Trust, Hudson

Pacific Properties, Medical Properties Trust, Colony Financial, Inc.,

MFA Financial, Inc., Paramount Group, Inc., etc.

. Established and implemented new reconciliation process using fewer

employee resources for company-wide Off-Balance Sheet statistical

accounts with special projects team of seven employees.
