• Build and administer registration websites for multiple programs concurrently
• Create and manage Microsoft Access databases to provide technical support for each
program
• Support Meeting Planning & Incentive Team relative to vendor/website issues to insure
high quality service to customers both internal and external (e.g., providing rooming lists
to hotels, menu selections, ect.)
• Develop and approve communications from internal and external vendors to customers for
accuracy; detail and confirm that they are written and presented to corporate standards
Pre-Conference, Meeting or Event Duties:
• Build the conference, meeting or event’s database and registration website
• Set up travel policies and procedures for participants
• Create and send registration invitations to participants and manage RSVP’s
• Monitor participant’s airline reservations and expense airfare in Concur and Budget
Workbook
• Manage the database and registration website along with all data received from
participants
• Organize and submit rooming list to hotel
• Organize and submit Arrival & Departure Manifest to ground transportation company
• Create and send meeting confirmations to participants
• Design, print and ship all necessary materials
• Review billing from vendors and process check requests
• Provide exceptional customer service to all participants, speakers, business partners and
vendors
