o Recruited and trained over forty volunteers as phone intake workers

o Recruited and screened over one hundred volunteers to help serve our neighbors in needs

Provided administrative leadership for a pre-K-8th grade public charter school consisting of 400 students and over 75 faculty and staff team members

- Created and implemented with board approval an annual budget with checks and balances

- Instrumental in growing the school by 20% and moving the school from a 17,000-to a 66,000-square foot facility to address present and future growth

- Expanded programs and personnel to meet the needs of gifted and at -risk students with the addition of a gifted educator and an occupational therapist
