Quarterly Team Work award for their wellness program.
Created a comprehensive metric for nurse managers to measure productivity that a resulted in a restructuring of

Conduct programmatic and strategic planning with both internal and community stakeholders in regard to health

issues and infrastructure development.
Served on the Health Department Quality Improvement Team continually looking for ways to improve health

department efficiency. Lead on quality Improvement project that increased home health nurse referrals by over
60%. This was recognized at the state and federal level.
