Human resources (HR) is no longer the traditional personnel function; and

successful managers have recognized this change. Over the past decade as

"Corporate America" has redefined and downsized itself, HR has become an

increasingly vital component in revenue and profit generation. We have all

ultimate goal to be a Recruitment Assistant. I have experience working with

department managers and under the direction of the teams in assisting with
