Dual role executed daily operations of logistical operations planning to include team and

morale building; equipment fielding and status tracking, procurement and property book

maintenance for a 841 FSC, HHC and BN, which consisted of more 300 personnel

widely dispersed including Military, DA Civilians. Developed and implemented all

logistical training to staff, property accountability, statement of work policy, contract

officer representative, government credit card purchases and procedures, information

management matrix and life cycle of supplies; Supervised and managed the spending of

over $300 thousand dollars monthly without loss to government. Served as the Physical

Security NCO, Arms Room NCO, Transportation Coordinator, Safety Coordinator.

Serves as the Supply Sergeant for FSC, HHC; responsible for managing the Supply

Discipline Program; receives, inspects, inventories, stores, issues, delivers and turns-in

which consisted of 5 strategic locations in Iraq on a $17 billion dollar contract. Directly

supervised and lead 5 logistics, PBUSE and transportation personnel; indirectly

supervised, directed and lead 5 logistics, PBUSE and transportation personnel at

dispersed sites; Accounted for over $7 billion dollars of government, contractor acquired

and military property which included MRAP vehicles, Non tactical vehicles, computer

systems, containers, supplies and equipment, and related real property. Lead a cross-

functional logistics team theater wide and used lean process solutions; provided human

resource and materials management, supply storage, asset management and optimization,

implemented processes related to government and contractor acquired property as related

IAW FAR 52.245.1, maintained leased facilities and government furnished property
