Initiated and directed “Deep Dive” strategic business development plans. Realigned assets (including personnel),
leaned-out operations, and geographically segmented the company into 3 market-focused businesses. Drove a
culture of business excellence and process improvements and guided the company through the “Great Recession”.

Increased Revenues by 36%, Income by 52%, Return On Sales 14% to 25%, Backlog by 122%, Return on

Turned-around company - operating profitably in year one. Increased revenues 100%, reduced operating costs
30%, improved inventory turns from 3 to 12, and set record-breaking sustainable profit trends.
Directed one of the FIRST cost-effective, unprecedented, implementations of an ISO-9002 quality system in
