The leakage current plays a dominant role in the total power

consumption of wide fan-in circuits. The main objective is to reduce the

leakage power and improve the noise immunity using stacking NMOS keeper in

leakage current replica technique.

TITLE : "ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF BICMOS LOGIC FOR MULTIPLIERS IN 180nm

TECHNOLOGY"

DESCRIPTION:

The circuit is designed achieve speed-power-density performance.

Comparative study of multipliers in BiCMOS and CMOS logic styles for low-

voltage, low-power operation is done in this work.

TITLE : "PLC BASED FILTRATION PROCESS IN ANNEALING AND PICKLING LINE3 OF

COLD ROLLING MILL"

DOMAIN : "PLC & SCADA DESIGN"

DESCRIPTION:

The aim is design the control logic for maintaining the filtration

process using PLC programming and SCADA monitoring system is used to

supervise the process. This project deals with reduced usage of water for

clearing the steel.
