WORK EXPERIENCE:

Sun State International: Davenport, Fl 2013 to Present

Service Writer for all incoming trucks. Create work orders for technicians and do all health reports on trucks. Create any estimates that may need done. Communicate with customers in person, by fax, email or phone. Keep records and cost up to date for customers' and inform them of any changes or problems. Close out work orders, and collect any payments made.

Oakley Transportation: Lake Wales, Fl 2010 - Present

Manage 9 truck shop mechanics, 2 body shop technicians, 2 wash and detail people, and 2 PM service techs., also oversee parts department and wash bay. Responsible for all time cards, maintenance records, and service write up. Make sure all warranty work is reported and done. Make decisions on all repairs. Responsible for break downs and insuring all drivers are taking care of. Work with operations ensuring timely dispatching of all trucks.

Cummins Cross point: So. Charleston, WV. Diesel Mechanic 2007 - 2010

Work on various diesel engines, including mining equipment. Work in shop, or in the field at various mining companies to repair all down equipment. Troubleshooting and cost comparison on job sites. Compile list of necessary tools and parts for each job. Repair or rebuild of all equipment necessary in a timely fashion to keep job on time and under budget.

Worked as dispatcher in office for 3 years, then took outside position being responsible for all company equipment located at various sites.
