million dollar large non profit at the organizational level for Human

Resources, as company incorporated new strategic/business plans. Reported

* Developed and implemented comprehensive Human Resources Strategic

Objectives plan, resulting in a change from tactical to strategic

thinking model.

* Played key role in managing major organizational change effort and

restructure that included the creation/merging of departments,

development of new positions and changes to existing positions for over

half the staff.
