million dollar large non profit at the organizational level for Human
Resources, as company incorporated new strategic/business plans. Reported

Objectives plan, resulting in a change from tactical to strategic
thinking model.

restructure that included the creation/merging of departments,
development of new positions and changes to existing positions for over
