WORK EXPERIENCE:
Kontek Industries Inc., Kannapolis, NC, 2010-2014, VP Construction Services-
Responsible for management and business development of large
construction project division for Kontek. Handled overall coordination
of design/build projects primarily for security-related buildings at
commercial nuclear power plants. Negotiated and closed contracts.
Supervised design, engineering, construction & implementation of
projects. Controlled project schedule and cost through close
monitoring, minimizing downtime and fostering strong teamwork through
all disciplines for on-time and on-budget completion of projects.
Built and maintained good client relationships through regular

Recent Projects:
Dominion Resources- Surry Power Station- Project Executive for
complete design/build of ballistic & blast-rated one-story building
with rooftop protected fighting positions. Project was located within
facility's Protected Area. Building includes a Central Alarm Station
(CAS), UPS room, Generator room, Electrical Distribution room and
Underground Vault. Scope of project included MEPFP and all
interior/exterior finish work.
Duke Energy/Progress Energy- Project Executive for Design/Build of one-
story and two-story ballistic & blast-rated structures within the
Protected Areas at locations below:
Progress Energy- Robinson Nuclear Plant- Security Control Station
