Vice President, Portfolio Management/Credit Resolution Department

o Responsible for the management of real estate loans secured by

residential, commercial properties and land, ranging in size from

$200,000 to $20,000,000. Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the

financial condition of borrowers and/or guarantors and developing

loan decisions based on analysis.

o Handle defaulted loan relationships to formulate repayment plans.

Coordinate litigation and foreclosure process with attorneys and

trustees to facilitate optimal resolution of loans. Evaluate

collateral condition, including environmental screening to validate

bank's resolution decisions.
