the State of Oklahoma, i.e. Cross Hole Sonic Logging nondestructive testing

IDL Rehabilitation, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, ODOT DIV 08, 2010 - 2012
Assisted the ODOT Tulsa residency with oversight of the QAQC process.
Constructed data input spread sheets to calculate pay factors, and assisted
contractors with formatting field test data to present to the
residency/FHWA for auditing purposes. Attended residency meetings with
contractor to aid with interpretation of special provisions addressing the
QAQC requirements of their contract. Assisted ODOT Tulsa residency with
auditing test data from the contractor to be put into the pay factor
calculation sheets. Assisted residency members with presentation of
compiled test data, and pay factor results to members of the FHWA for
acceptance. Construction cost $80M.
Normandy Isles Neighborhood Improvement, Miami Beach, Florida, 2008-2009
Resident Project Representative (RPR) for a streetscape project
associated with the city's Capital Improvement Program (CIM). Eleven miles
of roadway infrastructure improvements consisting of new water distribution
system, as well as curb and gutter, milling, and resurfacing. Also included
area roadway lighting, hardscape, landscaping, and irrigation upgrades. In
a related CIM project served as RPR for the construction of parks utilizing
existing street ends overlooking Biscayne Bayne, including hardscape,
pedestrian walkways, lighting, landscaping, and irrigation. Construction
cost: $12M.

Rehabilitation of Runway 9-R/27L: Resident Project Representative
for construction observation and daily recordkeeping during the
construction process. Duties include observation of daily tasks completed,
