MINI PROJECT:
Title: Condition Monitoring Of Boiler Fans
Role: Team Leader.
Description: To improve the performance and reduce the vibrations
in moving and non- moving parts of a Machine or a Component by using
SPM (Shock Pulse Method). By this method we can find the vibrations.
We can also prevent the parts from damages and shutdowns. It
consists of a monitoring device to show vibration level like Fair,
Good and Replace.
MAIN PROJECT:
Title: Power Development By Using Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine
(HAWT)
Role: Team Leader
Description: To overcome the power problems and to utilize natural
(Renewable Energy) resources to develop the power for Small scale
Industries and Home Applications we Designed and Fabricated a HAWT.
It can develop the power in any direction of the wind (3600) by
using wind vane and yaw mechanism (here we used ball bearing for
rotation). We developed a power output of 10v by using capacity of
12v alternator.
