Schlumberger: Materials Management

As Materials Management, I was responsible for keeping an orderly operation for two warehouses at my

service center. I processed orders for stock replenishment. I was responsible for the meticulous

preparation of international shipments and receiving of domestic items. I stayed committed to having the

best for my customers by doing weekend inventories on my off time. I input and deleted stock items to

keep my system up to date with new equipment received. I coordinated inventories with my manager in

Louisiana and Texas.

ION Geophysical-Senior Materials Handler

In the job of Senior Material Handler, I perform the necessary tasks in warehouse operations to coordinate

movement of high quality materials and products on time and in the right quantities. I maintain a clean

and orderly work area and participate in safety improvement projects. I perform a full range of duties

As a Navy Storekeeper, I managed the activities of the procurement of material by using automated

contracts by adhering to the policies and procedures of the U.S> Federal Government. We maintained our

accountability by assisting in the research, acquisition, and tracking of Government Furnished

Equipment/Property (GFE/P). I was responsible for ensuring that the product requisitioned matched the

bill of materials and checked for any indication of damage while in transit. I also prepared financial

reports from the main operating budget and submitted the reports to my supervisor or Supply Officer.

Logistics Specialist

As a Logistics Specialist, I provided diverse logistics and accounting support in a global setting to

aviation, surface, subsurface, and expeditionary forces. I utilized my experience and knowledge to ensure

logistics support requirements are designed into acquisition programs by separately or collectively

working issues involving the logistics elements. I also assisted in the reviewing and evaluating of

Government Furnished Equipment/Property requirements that are proposed by the prime contractor or

potential bidders. I was actively involved in supporting the government team at the facility management

help desk by maintaining and updating a centralized work order database, identifying and tracking facility
