Operational Management – Designed and managed PHC’s information systems infrastructure, including the

hardware/software. Developed, administered and tracked the annual IT Department budget, Created and
maintained a disaster recovery plan and procedures for mission critical applications and corporate offices, with
multiple hot sites.
Project Management – Managed the international implementation of SAP Business One and subsequent upgrades

with country-specific add-on software packages and localizations in five countries. Early adoption and
implementation of a cost-saving VoIP telephone system. Specified and managed the build out of network
infrastructure when the corporate office was relocated from UPARC to RIDC and then from RIDC to Raleigh-

Bernard Dog Run – Chair (2011-current), Volunteer Coordinator (2008-2011) & Fundraising Team member (current)
Committee to establish, and now maintain, an off-leash exercise area (OLEA) for dogs in the Lawrenceville
Neighborhood of Pittsburgh. The Bernard Dog Run was opened in September 2012 after several years of community
