development located in Trenton, NJ, responsibilities included; managing
a departmental fixed budget in excess of $1 million per year, manages
facility-related capital project activity in excess of another $5 million per
year, assists in developing site capital and fixed budgets for the
department. Responsible for the hiring, performance management, and
training of all personnel. Selection and management of all contractors
supporting activity in the department. Interfaces and works
collaboratively with all functions at the site, pertinent corporate
functional areas, and with state/federal authorities. Coordinate
infrastructure repairs, preventative maintenance, and aesthetic
improvements across the site. Lead contact and coordinator for
local/state/federal permitting as required.
