• As Recruitment Manager for Tivoli’s North America operations, assisted engineering management

through the establishment of formal sourcing, professional recruitment, college recruitment,

interview and application processes. As Employee Relations Manager also engaged employees

and the community with activities/events that made Tivoli a household name in Austin.

• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting over 800 employees in 1997.
