To Whom Concern:

My name is Deborah Martin and I am applying for a position with your company. My

background consisted of building a strong knowledge of technical customer support, application

software, software system engineering (SSE), software development life cycle (SDLC),

embedded engineer, electrical engineering, electrical technician, system engineering (SE), ISO

9000/2001 quality management, project management, Assistant RSO (radiation safety officer),

software engineering manager and Research and Development manager.

My skill set covers a large array obtained by education, company training and to actual hands on

learning by trial and error. My professional education consisted of a BS in Engineering focused

on Electrical and Computer engineering, and a MS in Management focused on Project

Management. Just to name a few of my abilities they are: Embedded Software, Embedded

Systems, Software Engineering (C, C++, Basic, C#, ASP.Net), Software/Electrics Testing,

Software Documentation, Design Documentation, Test Documentation and Quality Engineering,

Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement and many more.

Since I grew from the bottom up while working in the engineering area, this has given me the

ability to understand both sides of business. The both sides that I am referring to are the

individuals that produce and create the product and the corporate business of importance to

produce quality product, attitude and profit. That is where experience and education becomes a

factor along with my own personal ability in working with individuals while pulling them

together a team.

One of my experiences of great value was when I working with the Homeland Security

Department. This was an Agile project developing hardware and software to detect radiation

coming across our borders. We labeled this development process as a "spiral development" due

to the necessity to prove to DOD, DOE and DHS that the system worked to the described

development plan at the defined stages. The result of this project resulted in the company

winning a 500 million contracting.

Therefore, I have attached my resume for consideration for the position. Please review and give

me a call or drop me an email with any questions that you may have.

Sincerely,

Deborah Martin
