As a MarketSource Account Manager I am a contract consultant to

the Ford Motor Company. My responsibilities include development

of Finance Departments of Ford dealerships in Kentucky and

Southern Indiana through increasing their Ford ESP product

penetration and increase in PVR within the department. I

develop and implement policies and procedures related within the

sales and finance departments which result in an increase in the

PVR of the Sales and Finance departments.

I train Sales Managers, Finance Managers and sales people in the

proper way to turn the customer over to the F&I Department which

sets up the department for increased product penetrations and

increased profitability.

I perform compliance audits to insure the dealer is compliant

with State and Federal guidelines that pertain to indirect

lending and overall sales procedures.

As F&I Manager I was responsible for closing all new and used

automotive deals. I was also responsible for all paperwork and

reporting of all rebates and incentives. I also covered the

sales desk as a Sales Manager when traffic dictated. I am

strong closing skills as well as a thorough knowledge of the

automotive retail business.

I was hired in as a Nissan Assistant Manager and Finance Manager

and was later promoted to the Finance Manager for the entire new

car department which consisted of Nissan, Chrysler, Plymouth,

Jeep and Hyundai. I was moved to the Hyundai department to

oversee the reorganization of the sales department due to a

large turnover of managers. I was later promoted to the position

of Hyundai Sales Manager. During my tenure with Bales I also

directed the Business Development Center and ran the "Buy Here

Pay Here" lot while a search for a full time manager was being

executed. My responsibilities included directing sales,

forecasting and record keeping of the Internet Sales Division.

I supervised thirty to forty five employees on a daily basis and

was responsible for organizing team building exercises in an

effort to improve business morale.
